New Cooler Master products launched at COMPUTEX 2025 are officially available in Vietnam.

At COMPUTEX 2025, Cooler Master introduced a series of new hardware products, focusing on high-end cooling solutions and cases. These products include the V4 Alpha air cooler with 3DHP (3D Heat Pipe) technology, the COSMOS Alpha case (formerly known as COSMOS 2025), the MasterFrame 360 series with Panorama and Stage LCD variants and the MasterLiquid Atmos II AIO cooler series.

Air cooling using 3DHP technology

Cooler Master officially introduced 3DHP (3D Heat Pipe) technology into commercial products with the V4 Alpha 3DHP Black air cooler model. 3DHP technology is Cooler Master's exclusive heat pipe design solution, developed to provide better heat dissipation efficiency by adding a vertical pipe in the middle of the conventional U-shaped heatpipe. This allows the temperature to be transferred faster and dispersed better across the aluminum block. With 3DHP, the new tower heatsinks will have the same performance as tower heatsinks using 4 traditional heatpipes, but only need to use 2 3DHP pipes.

The 3DHP works by re-engineering the heatpipe geometry. Instead of the standard U-shaped layout, the central heatpipe design makes efficient use of the empty aluminum fins – the fin area that conventional layouts leave behind. This structure increases the contact area, increases heat exchange efficiency and reduces overall thermal resistance. The use of fewer pipes also creates more open space in the heatsink, allowing for smoother airflow and reduced turbulence noise.

In terms of specifications, the Cooler Master V4 Alpha 3DHP Black (MAZ-T2HP-217PK-R1) is a single-tower cooler with overall dimensions of 133 x 114 x 161 mm. The product is equipped with 2 3DHP pipes and aluminum fins. Comes with 2 120 mm non-LED fans, push-pull configuration: the front fan has a maximum speed of 2050 RPM (PWM), air flow of 63.1 CFM and static pressure of 2.69 mmH2O; the rear fan has a maximum speed of 1850 RPM (PWM), flow of 50.5 CFM and pressure of 1.77 mmH2O.

Cooler Master V4 Alpha 3DHP Black features an extended, machined solid copper contact base to optimize heat transfer from the CPU back. V4 Alpha 3DHP Black supports the latest CPU sockets, including Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 115x and AMD AM5, AM4. The product has a 5-year warranty.

COSMOS Alpha case

Cooler Master's iconic COSMOS series of cases has seen a new version at COMPUTEX 2025, called COSMOS 2025. According to Cooler Master, the official trade name of the new case is COSMOS Alpha. The 2025 version continues to maintain the large-size design philosophy that is characteristic of the COSMOS Series.

The COSMOS Alpha’s main upgrades focus on compatibility with modern hardware standards and improved airflow. Of course, the case supports motherboards with hidden, back-connect designs like the ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero. Inside, Cooler Master has included adjustable baffles to direct airflow. The front of the COSMOS Alpha features several new material options, including a “metal sponge”, which the manufacturer says is more effective than traditional mesh and easier to clean.

MasterFrame 360 Panorama and Stage LCD

Initially at COMPUTEX 2025, Cooler Master said that it would only offer the MasterFrame 360 for pre-built computer systems, but at the recent “mini COMPUTEX” event, the company representative confirmed that it would sell the MasterFrame 360 case to the DIY retail market. The unique point of the MasterFrame 360 Series is its display-focused design, with a “stage” right at the front (Front Display Stage). Thanks to this design, users can place figurines or collectibles to decorate and personalize their computer system.

The Cooler Master MasterFrame 360 will come in three main variations. The MasterFrame 360 Panorama version has a completely open display space, allowing users to easily change or adjust the displayed items. The second version is the MasterFrame 360 Stage Mirror, which also has an open space design but adds a mirror in the background, creating a visual effect and allowing items to be viewed from multiple angles.

The most advanced variant is the MasterFrame 360 Stage LCD. This version replaces the rearview mirror with a 15.6-inch LCD screen. This screen has a Full HD resolution (1080 x 1920), can display videos, animations, system parameters, or create digital wallpapers for display items. At the event, the computer system complete with the MasterFrame 360 Stage LCD case was decorated with a Marin Kitagawa (Shizuku Kuroe Ver.) model from Taito's My Dress-Up Darling T-Most series.

Technically, all three MasterFrame 360 versions support vertical airflow. The case can accommodate up to 12 120mm fans, including 6 fans on the top and 6 fans on the bottom. The product comes with PCIe 5.0 riser cables, supporting vertical graphics card installation and has enough space for GPUs up to 430mm in length.

MasterLiquid Atmos II Series AIO Cooler
